About Mia Frama
Cherise began framing in Ashland Oregon in 1984 at Accents Gallery. She then moved to Troutdale and brought her talents to Carowind Gallery in Downtown Gresham. Cherise also managed the Yoshida Fine Art Gallery while continuing to frame in the basement studio of her Corbett home.
With a steady and loyal clientele, Mia Frama was formed in 2002. She also become involved as a committee member of the Gresham Art Walk, the Anniversary Columbia Gorge Commission Art Committee, the Springdale School Association President and is a member of the Professional Picture Framers Association.
Cherise offers a personal approach helping her clients and artists create their vision by working directly with them on design and price range. Mia Frama is a full service framing studio, based on Archival practices of preserving artwork, photographs, textiles and objects.
Along with my existing Mia Frama Custom Framing & Design Studio, I now have a new studio and business gallery! Although it is further away, in Pendleton Oregon, I am still available for you! Due to the unexpected closure of the Caswell Gallery, where I have had my framing studio for the last year, I no longer have a permanent location in East County. I am working on that and will keep you informed as to developments. Meanwhile, I am coming to and fro to Troutdale, so contact me a call if you need anything!
